Aurien Consulting LLC provides administrative and operational support services. Our services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Clients are responsible for consulting licensed attorneys or CPAs for legal and tax matters.

3. No Client Relationship Without an Agreement

Submitting a contact form does not create a client relationship or obligate Aurien Consulting LLC to provide any services. A client relationship is only established upon execution of a written engagement agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and the Aurien Consulting name and logo — is the property of Aurien Consulting LLC and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurien Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

Aurien Consulting LLC's audit services are offered as flat-fee packages, with pricing disclosed prior to purchase. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and is processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe.

Once payment is received and work has begun, fees are non-refundable, regardless of the audit's findings or outcome. If you have not yet submitted your intake information, you may contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request cancellation.

Purchasing a service package through this website constitutes the engagement agreement referenced in Section 3, for the specific service purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in California.
